Course Participation and Registration Terms

Participants must complete their Congress registration before registering for any course.
The registration fee for each course is TRY 1,500 + VAT. Registration will be confirmed only after the applicable fee has been paid. For payment procedures, please contact tmc@k2-events.com.
The application deadline for all courses is Friday, 23 October 2026.
Each course is limited to 20 participants.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel any course if an insufficient number of applications is received or if the minimum required number of participants is not met. In the event of a course cancellation, registered participants will be notified accordingly, and the course registration fee will be fully refunded.
No refunds will be made to applicants who fail to attend a course, regardless of the reason for non-attendance.
